Job Description
We are currently seeking an Field Service Technician who is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and programming ABB Robot and Automation equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform field service calls at customer locations to install, maintain, troubleshoot and/or program ABB robotics and automation equipment.
- Interface with the customer before, during and after field service calls to explain processes and procedures, as needed.
- Complete all required field service paperwork in a timely manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance services at customer locations.
- Identify potential leads and additional services that ICR Services can offer to the customer.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning ABB robotic systems required.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in field service in the robot industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming ABB Robot and Automation equipment required.
