Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Repair Technician, ideally someone retired, who still
enjoys the work and wants to stay active by taking on air conditioner repairs. This is a flexible, on-demand position—perfect for someone who wants to work when it suits them.
Responsibilities
- Respond to repairing air conditioners that are sent to us for repair
- Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems efficiently and safely
- Testing repaired units to ensure they meet operational standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and record problems relating to the product, process and/or quality system

Qualifications
- Prior experience as an HVAC technician (certification preferred but not required if retired)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Has own tools and the ability to safely remove and install Freon
- Comfortable with flexible, on-call scheduling
