Job Description
We are currently seeking a Motor Rewind Technician. This position is responsible for repairing/replacing damaged windings for servo and smaller AC/DC motors.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble motors and inspect for damage.
- Remove burnt or damaged windings.
- Record Internal Motor Data.
- Rewind coils according to specifications.
- Insulate, varnish, and reassemble motors.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and accurate repair records.
- Basic Motor Controls/Connections.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of electric motors and wiring
- Mechanical aptitude and good hand‑tool skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Experience in electrical or industrial repair (preferred)
- Basic hand tool knowledge
