Teardown to inspect and clean all components
*Test the following parts:
• Roller chain, belt, or track
• Air cylinder or electric motor
• Proximity switches
• Piston rod
• Clamp, sprocket, cables, hoses, lines, and fittings
Repair or replace any faulty or out-of-spec parts
Install new seals
Pressurize the clamp for 1 hour to check for leaks
*Test the traveling clamp in both FWD/REV:
• Check for leakage
• Clamping force (kN)
• Clamping stroke (mm)
• Traveling stroke (mm)
*Verify wiring is correctly configured to the customer's setup based on sensor type (AC or DC) and wire configuration (2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire)
